Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sira Health at sirahealth.life. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Not a medical service

Sira Health is not a doctor, hospital or emergency service. Information in the app is for your convenience; it does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. In an emergency, dial 999 or go to the nearest health facility immediately.

2. Your account

  • You must be 18 or older, or use the service under a parent or guardian.
  • You are responsible for the security of your login and for activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information (name, NIN, phone) so care providers can identify you.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not access someone else's record without their consent.
  • Do not upload false, misleading or unlawful content.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or scrape the service.

4. Payments

Deposits, prescription payments and delivery fees are processed by Flutterwave. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — email support@sirahealth.life.

5. Third-party partners

Hospitals, pharmacies and delivery services on Sira Health are independent providers. We facilitate connections but are not responsible for the clinical decisions, quality of medicine, or delivery performance of any partner.

6. Intellectual property

The Sira Health name, logo and platform are our property. You retain ownership of the health data you contribute; you grant us a licence to store and process it to provide the service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ugandan law, Sira Health is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes of care delivered by independent partners.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time via privacy@sirahealth.life.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Uganda.
